upgrade to mce 2004 toshiba cancels its plans to upgrade

    i recently purchased a new laptop toshiba satellite
    p25 s607 with mce 2002.toshiba tech support initially
    stated it would release the 2004 mce upgrade in nov
    2003.i called last night 12-08-03 and now toshiba has
    announced that it has cancelled its plans to provide mce
    2004 update and has told me that i am stuck with 2002.how
    can i purchase or obtain the 2004 mce ? please help!!
