Do I need to upgrade my current CAL's or are they legal and valid for the
    upgrade?

just another quickie question here Chris. What are others doing concerning
their current Premium products when upgrading to SBS 2003 R2.

    Currentyl I am using........
    ISA 2004 SP3
SQL 2004 SP4 but am also running SQL 2005 Express for my WSS 3.0 services.
    Exchange 2003 SP2

Are others also upgrading to ISA 2006, SQL 2005 Enterprise as well as
Exchange 2007. All of which I do have.

  5. None of those are part of SBS 2003 R2. Moreover, at least two of them (ISA
2k6 and Exchange 2k7) are simply not supported on SBS 2003 R2.
