I'm trying to bring our server up to R2 using a boxed upgrade pack. We are on
2003 Standard and both the Windows 2003 Sp1 and the SBS Sp1 are showing as
installed. I have installed Exchange SP2 and the sharepoint update without
    problems.
When I run the R2 upgrade I get two "System Requirements" showing up. The
first is a red flag that says "You can run the R2 Technologies only on a
computer that is running Windows SBS 2003 with Service pack 1"
I have both the packs installed.. what's going on?

I have installed Sharepoint R2 (From the R2 CD) - though sharepoint isn't
    used on the server.
