I have finished upgrading my Exchange 2k to 2003 on my
Win 2k server machine. The Exchange 2003 seems to be
working fine. Now I'm attempting to upgrade the Windows
2000 server to 2003. When I run the setup.exe on the cd
and choose Installation Type "upgrade", a message comes
up saying "Before setup continues, please restart your
computer". I restarted it and tried again but the same
message comes up. What should I do? I'm using the
    administrator account throughout the process.

    Regards,

    Tom

I think you are supposed to start the installation as a boot disc.

I tried that. But at some point it says "You chose to
install Windows on a partition that contains another
OS ... Installing Multiple OS's is not recommended ..." .
I don't think it's allowing me to upgrade Windows that
    way. Any other ideas?
