I have an SBS 2003 R2 / SQL 2005 that crashed. I was able to salvage the mdf
and ldf files. I have installed a new SBS and I have attached the mdf files.
We run GP version 9 and I was told by another thread that I need to run:
both Grant.SQL and DEXREQ.SQL. Where do I get these scripts from?
I really appriciate a quick response

Grant.SQL and DEXREQ.SQL are most likely sql scripts from your software
vendor, GP in this case. See if you can find them in the program folder, or
the installation software, or contact their support.

I can access the old server. Should I just move the master database from the
old server, stop the sql services on the new one and just over the master
that is there on the new server?

  6. Because this is urgent, and presumably the GP data is pretty important, I'd
just call MS and let them walk you through the appropriate procedure.
