Can somebody explain me how to calculate SCR (Source Clock Reference)
and PTS (Presentation Time Stamp) for each DV packet in a DV stream.

The SCR is included in every DV packet, whereas the PTS shows up only
once per frame (in the first packet of a frame). The 'USB Video
Devices: DV Payload' document has a very short (and rather
incomprehensible) section on the stream header. Are there any other
documents that explain the SCR and PTS fields in USB video class
    devices in more detail?
Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Ta,
    Boris
