    Hi,

I want to be able to script user account creation and home folder creation.

In the Active Director Users and Computers Snap-In; in the users properties
in the profile tab; if you assign a drive letter to a home folder location
the OS will create a folder with full control permissions for the
Administrator and the user (provided it is a valid share on an NTFS volume.

    Can I script this behavior?

    Thanks,

    David

  2. Yes.

See tip 7329 » How do I create a Active Directory user from the command-line?
in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

See the bottom of tip 3471 » How can I insure that administrators have access to a user's redirected folder?
