I have set user account password policy according to this policy the
passwords expires after 42 days. My problem is that Director in my company
are connected to different domain so they use POP service to download mail
from SBS 2003 Exchange Server. But they do not come to know that thier
password has expired & calls me to check why they are unable to download
mail's. Same for the printer & mapped drive. Is there any way so that SBS
2003 can automatically send them mail notifying them their password will
expire after so many days. For another user who are in this domain it start
prompting 14 days before of password expiration.

Is there any way to let POP user send mail or something so that they come to
    know in advance.

I recommend giving NetWrix Password Expiration Notifier a look. It’s what we use and we have it set to send users E-mail notifications any time their passwords are primed to expire within 14 days. It’s cut back on lockouts and password reset calls to my helpdesk.
