User Accts deleted, but mailboxes still there

    I need to create new user account but I need to associates these new account
    with an existing mail box

    I can't seem to find how to do this.

  2. Make sure the new accounts do not have mailboxes. If they do, r-click the
    user accounts in AD Users and Computers and find Exchange Tasks. Delete the
    empty mailboxes.

    On the server, open Exchange System Manager and drill down to Servers ->
    YourSBS -> First Storage Group -> Mailbox Store -> Mailboxes. The mailboxes
    that were owned by the deleted accounts should show with a red X. R-click
    the deleted mailbox -> Reconnect. You should be able to choose to reconnect
    the deleted mailbox to any user who does not currently have a mailbox. Go
    into AD and check all the mail settings in the user's properties.

    If the mailboxes don't show with the red X, r-click Mailboxes and choose Run
    Cleanup Agent.
