    Hi,
I accidentally delete the user. When I try to recreate user after 20
minutes and it said "The user logon name you have choosen is already in use
in this enterprise. Choose another logon name, and try again." However, if
try to search the user name and it does not exist. I will be appreicated
any tip or work around solution to this problem.

    Thank you in advance,

Look for the same user object in Lost and found. Also try to force replicate
all the domaincontrollers and try creating the user again.

  3. if you want to try and recreate the user so that it gets its old permissins
back, that will not happen. Every user account is unique, and although it
may have the same samaccountname the security ID will be different.

    What you could to is:
    * undelete the user and repopulate the properties (only possible with w2k3
DCs)(ADMOD from joeware, ADrestore from sysinternals, free restore util from
    quest, or LDP) (http://firechewy.com/blog/archive/2005/09/04/918.aspx and
    http://searchwin2000.techtarget.com/tip/1,289483,sid1_gci1141514,00.html)
    * authoritatively restore the user account using a backup (Performing an
    Authoritative Restore)

Delete the last user you have created with that ID(Wrong ID) and recreate the new ID, it will solve the issue
