    Windows server 2003 with SP2.

In Local Gsers and Groups Snap-in, click Users, there is nothing displayed.
But click Groups, all groups are here.

    Thanks,

All users are here by executing command NET USER.

You might have configured ADU&C to filter out everything but Groups. Either
that or your user accounts are located other than in the default Users
    container.

Regardless, the AD-aware equivalent of NET USERS is a set of DS*.exe files.
Try the command below to see if it finds your users. If it does, the output
will show you their distinguished names, which will tell you where they are
    located in your AD:

    dsquery user -name "*"

You might want to reread the OP and the subject. He's talking about local
    Users and Groups, not ADUC.
