Viewing Compiled HTML Help file?

I have downloaded some help files from Microsoft that are in Compiled HTML
Help file format. When placing them in the My Documents directory (which is
on the server) the files will open but there is nothing displaying in the
right window where the help context would be except the default Action
Canceled text from Internet Explorer. The index in the left column displays
OK. I did right-click on the file and set the file to be allowed to execute
but the result is still the same. Only until the file is physically on a
drive that is a part of the local PC will the file open and be able to view
what text is in the right column. Is it safe to allow those types of files
to be opened when they are physically on another machine and is there a way
to allow that? I am assuming that SBS or Windows firewall is blocking the
opening of these types of files but I could not find anything that looked
like it would "unblock" those files from being executed.

    Thanks
    Jeff
