    Sir Jasper Guest

    My configuration is as follows:
    Dell Dimension E520, Intel VIIV CORE 2 DUO 6600 @2.4GHz, 2 x 1 Gig
    DDR2, NVIDIA 8600 GT 256M DDR3, Windows Vista Home Premium 32 i
    French.
I run automatically Windows updates and I am "up to date"
I fly FSX +SP1 + Acceleration pack (but NOT using DirectX10 preview
    and
I seem to have a Virtual address space usage problem so I jus
    downloaded and ran:

    Windows6.0-KB940105-x86.msu

From Microsoft "Virtual address space usage in Windows gam
development" 'Virtual address space usage in Windows gam
    development' (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940105)

Then I got the following error:

"Windows update installer ... The search has finished" and i
    another box
" *This update does not apply to your system*"

Is this true ? Why not ? What have I done to deserve this ?
What do I do next ????
    Help !
    Please !:rolleyes

    Hi,

You cannot use FSX SP1 and Acceleration together
SO please got tp control panel - uninstall program/programs and features - and uninstall the service pack 1 for FSX it will be listed in Updates....

Try uninstalling the service pack 1 for FSX
