Virtual Window with Server 2003 or XP Loses Network Connection

    The PC main OS is XP-Pro with Virtual PC2004 SP1 with hot fixes installed.

    My virtual Server2003 and XP sessions lose their network connections every
    several minutes for about 15-seconds as confirm by running a continuous ping
    operation from another PC connected to the same HUB. I have 8-new HP Compaq
    DC5100 PCs with Virtual PC2004 that exhibit this behavior.

    I have also tried using a main OS of Vista and Server2003 but the virtual
    Server2003 and XP windows still lose their network connections.

    This problem does NOT occur when running a Virtual Server2000 window. It
    also does not occur when running Virtual Server rather than Virtual PC but
    Virtual Server is more complex than we really need.

    Is anybody else having this problem?
