VisionTek Radeon X1300 does anyone know if this is a good card?

    my system have 512mb 2x256mb is this enough for VisionTek Radeon X1300 to be
    use on my system? Do i look at my system specification or do i look at the
    Available physical Memory on the taskmanager?

    256MB of system memory (512MB recommended)

    300 Watt power supply or greater recommended

    my computer came with 1 PCI tv tuners all i want is to replace the Ati
    Radeon 9200.
