Vista Install (0x80070003) msg during File expand.

    Consistently receive msg about 16%-20% into xpanding files. Setuperr.log
    shows following:

    Any ideas to what these files are or why err.

    New Seagate 160 SATA drive
    Plextor 760A DVD
    Disk Controller updated latest driver
    Vista 32-bit Ultimate

    These kind of install errors are usually caused by your dvd rom not reading
    the disc....try another dvd rom or another disc (burn a copy on a friends
    machine)
