Vista update KB950582 fails to install

  1. get error number 80200010

    Can not try again because the same (suspected bad) download is still in my
    computer. removing the old download file from from
    %windir%/SoftwareDistribution downloads folder system had to be restored.

    This is a problem that won't go away and I hope it will not block me from
    getting further downloads.
