  1. Hi,

Does anyone know how to set blank wallpaper by group
policy. My user is already changing wall paper. I need
to change all wallpaper to blank. (I don' want to change
    each PC and each user...)

I tried Active Desitop PC setting of group plicy. I
typed a file nmae which is not exist. But, it still
showing a wallpaper which is set by user.

    Please help!

Set the 'Active Desktop Wallpaper' to a file that does exist.

Perhaps a bmp file consisting of a single pixel?

You can also whack the desktop from the registry..

Add this to a batch file that the user runs: (user logon script or via a
    runonce value)

    reg add "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v Wallpaper /t REG_SZ /d "" /f

To make it so the user cannot change the wallpaper:

    Run GPEdit.msc

Look under: Local Computer Policy\User Configuration\Administrative
    Templates\Control Panel\Display

Define this: Disable Change wallpaper setting

Note, they still can change the wallpaper via other means, so setting a
wallpaper in 'Active Desktop Wallpaper' is recommended.
