Want to change ie 7 interface language.

I am looking for a way to change my ie7 japanese language “interface†to
English.
Any idea?

I use Japanese vista home basic. Well. I am living in japan and I got this
laptop in japan. They do not offer English os. but I am not a Japanese, and I
can not read the language on the menu bar, can not set up any browser
personal preference. That why I really need to change the interface language
or I will have to stick with Firefox since they let me select the language of
my preference rather than blindly forcing me to use some particular language
with out even ask me first.

i better say, changing the browser language.
ie7 installer for vista would help too but i couldn't find it so far.

IE is part of Vista. To have IE in English, you'd have to be running an
English-language install of Vista.

Change Internet Explorer interface language

You can change the display language of Internet Explorer even if your system is using a different language. You can download an upgrade of Internet Explorer from Microsoft:
windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-8
Just choose English the version of your OS, after the upgrade your Internet Explorer will be in English.
