Way to remove default search bar and move things around?

I use the Google toolbar. That means the default search bar just takes up
space. Is there any way to remove it?

Also, in the previous versions of IE, I was able to move the
toolbars/buttons around. I can't seem to do that in this version. I want to
move the bar that has Home, Printer, Tools, etc. I'd also like to move the
reload and stop buttons. Are any of these things moveable?

    Thanks,
    Kirt

The IE7 Toolbars are locked down now and this won't change for IE7. Maybe in
    IE8.
