    Hello all,

My first question. I am interested in getting a Media Center PC, but I am
worried about my current television provider. They are a telephone company
which provides an IPTV service through the phone line. They use a Motorola
set-top box, and it supplies 3 seperate television feeds. One of the feeds is
A/V output and the other two are standard coax cable. There are 3 remote
controls. One is a standard IR remote control for the room where the set-top
box is. And the other two are UHF remote control that send a signal through
the air. The software is GUIDEPlus+ and it feel's fairly old and slow.

    my set-top box.

How can I use / connect my Media Center PC and use the Media Center's
    program guide? :) Thanks!

  2. A quick search and I found PVR instructions from qwest. TV1 (video cables)
can be used with 1 tuner pvrs. Doesn't appear that you can connect up the
other tuners with IR so your limited to 1 output to mce.

Here is the link to qwest's site with instructions for where the ir sensor
and tv 1 out are located. They are based on tivo but the concept is the
    same. http://www.qwestchoice.com/tivo
