running windows 2003 server at this location. in remote office, the managers
printer is showing HP laserjet 6p in session four. quickbooks pdf converter
on remote users laptop in session one. our printer here shows there as "in
    session 4".
if anyone can shed some light on what this session business means it would
be greatly appreciated. im a newbie to this.
oh, i was over there the other day and set her main printer as the default.
she called today to say that our printer was now the default. this same
occurance is what took me over there originally. what can be causing printers
to change the default setup (assuming nobody else there is doing it)? thanks

Sounds like your users are connecting to a Terminal Server and you have
    'Printers' checked under Local Resources.
