Support for inaccessible accounts is available here:
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/signin

    Note:
    - Phone, Email or Chat support is not an option.
    - To ask a question a valid Live ID signon to the forum is necessary (thus
if the current Live ID is not functional, a new Live ID will need to be
    created)

You've posted to a "dead" newsgroup carried only by servers that do not honor
the cancel group request. Microsoft no longer hosts the microsoft.public nntp
    groups.

This error may mean that there is a problem with your account on the server
    side.

A possible solution is to go to your account settings in Windows Live Mail and
re-enter the password and save the changes. If that does not work, post your
issue with details (not your address until Support responds and requests this
    from you)
    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-email?tab=all

Can you access your account at http://www.hotmail.com in a web browser?
