when attachment open 2nd time winmail crash

When Im trying to open attachment second time, windows mail crashes. It
doesnt have to be same attachment, but 2nd one. Every attachment opens fine
if its open as 1st one.

 

Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail

 

I guess its Windows Mail (standard mail program in Vista Home Premium)

 

Let me guess, you are running Norton antivirus.
That is a known issue caused by a recent update to Norton antivirus.
There may be a newer update that corrects the problem, so
first try updating Norton. If no joy, uninstall and follow up with their
debris removal tool:
