When using windows update, all updates download, but fail to insta

    Windows server 2003 Enterprise X64 Edition SP-2.
    When using windows update, all my updates download, but fail to install with
    error: 0X800706BA. The downloaded files also show size as 0 kb. Anyone seen
    this before?
