Why IMAP always use the old outlook 2002 instead of outlook 2003 pst??

    whenever i create a IMAP account, it always uses the outlook 2002 and below
    pst format (max of 2G) instead of the new outlook 2003 pst (unicode max of
    20G)? is there anyways i can change this??
