Will not play any media Error Code#8007007E

    Had Media Player 8.0. Went into to play existing media.
    Gave pop-up stating"Specified module could not be found."
    & turned all song titles in right hand column from white
    to red. called MSN - they said call Dell. They said
    download Media Player 9.0. So I did. Went back into
    Media Player Set up 9.0. Did the same thing as before.
    Went into 'Web Help'. Gave me error code #8007007E &
    said no avail. info. @ this time. Cannot figure out what
    is wrong. Did nothing different than usual. How do I
    fix - please be specific -

    What happens if you run "dxdiag.exe"? Does it report any errors?
