  6. Might not even be 5365. OK so there are rumours out, but we can never know
until the build is actually on our computers. But as Andre said, it could be
the April CTP, it could just be an interim.

  9. I suffer from a neurological condition Kevin, so I know it's not easy for
you, but just try and tone it down a bit or at least think twice before
posting something which may cause offence to other people on the newsgroups.

Is it a real "Mental Disorder", or just an excuse for mouthing off whatever
    you feel like?
Your language, and the tone thereof, are atrocious.

  13. Kevin,

Being a MSDN Subscriber doesn't mean that you have total control over
Microsoft. Demanding for whatever you want over here in the newsgroup
    doesn't work.

If you want to provide feedback, please go through the proper channel --
    MSDN's Contact Us.

  14. Yes, it is a Real Mental Disorder (I am currently receiving Social Security
Disability Income (SSDI) from the United States Government, because the
Social Security Administration (SSA) has clasified me as being both Disabled
and Unable to Currently Find a Job and Work for a Living.

  15. But even then it doesn't justify your abusive language and behavior on the
newsgroups Kevin. I was told even from a young age to "take responsibility
for your own actions" and I dually believe you should consider that
yourself, or remove yourself from the public domain to refrain from
    offending again.

  16. Well Kevin, no where were you or anyone else guaranteed or promised any
    specific build including build 5365.
You need to learn to deal with that fact just like everyone else.

What has MSDN Customer Service said when you asked them?
Or do you just like to complain here to an audience and not make your
    desires heard where it counts?

Also it is very rude for you to post in ALL CAPS.
ALL CAPS is considered shouting and inconsiderate.

Let me get this straight...your receiving SSDI and you are using that
Government subsidized money to purchase a MSDN subscription? You claim that
the SSA has classified you as "Unable to Currently Find a Job and Work for a
Living"...why would you need to purchase a MSDN subsription then?

And then you come on here ranting and raving, using vulger language and try
to justify it all saying that you have a mental disorder?

I'm a retired USMC Vet...I'm seeing disabled servicemen coming home left and
right that really need Government care and money. Many are not nearly
getting the care that they should because there's not enough money and
personnel to go around. I hope that for your sake that there isn't fraud or
abuse surrounding your case and that you are depriving someone that is truly
    in need.
