I posted earlier with some questions about configuring a Win2K3 SBS
server... I was just wondering if there are any advantages to using this
instead of starting with a Win 2K3 Standard or Enterprise server and then
    adding in Exchange, etc...

I tried to find a product comparison on Microsofts website with little luck.
They do not have a feature summary online for SBS 2003. From what I found we
shouldn't need the power of 2003 Enterprise, Standard should do.

  2. The main advantage to SBS 2003 is cost.

With the individual Windows 2003 product, you gain more flexibility as you
can run Terminal Services to host more than 2 desktops. You can establish
trust relationships with other domains and are not limited to 75 users or
devices. You can run components on multiple servers. (With SBS, everything
in the suite must be installed on one server).

A summary of the restrictions imposed on SBS can be found in article 842690.
