Win 2k8 : The Windows Search service terminated with service-specific error 2147749155 (0x80040D23).

    I cannot figure out why our new WIndows server 2008 cannot start Windows
    search service.
    There are some reference regarding Vista but none with W2K8.

    Your help is greatly appreciated
