Win Mail can't print it hangs: IE won't open many regular web page

since an or Vista 32 professional update a month ago I can't print e mails
off WinMail. I have tried fiddling with IE including resetting it (Internet
Options, Advanced, Reset) but no luck; and disabling antivirus doesn't work.


The IE problem is that it wont open many pages, even safe omnes like
http://www.windowsupdate.com/ or http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/... just
get a white page.

Somehow they're connected: any ideas? Thanks

conjuction with some other utilities). HijackThis will NOT fix anything on
its own, but it will help you to both identify and remove any
