    I run a hobby based website on my home PC with XP Pro, and I think I need to
    upgrade to Win 2003 server as I keep hitting the '403.9 too many users
    connected' error. I want to resolve this issue cost effectively, ideally
    using 1 machine.

    1) Is Win Server 2003 the server version of XP, meaning it has the XP
    interface and can run anything that XP runs (i.e., games)
    2) If I run a Web site, do I buy the Web version. If so, do I then have
    unlimited web connections?
    3) Confirm that I cannot 'upgrade' - would have to re-install or get a new
    4) Is there a cheaper way for me to do this??? Server 2003 Web probably
    will cost a lot for a simple hobby website.
