I have CD Writer Drive installed on my Win2003 standard
server, but win2003 only treats the drive as CD-ROM (Read
only). Not like in Win2000 or XP, you can directly write
files to the CD-R/RW without any special softward installed.

Do I need to install any driver or software to make Win2003
able to write files to CD-RW Drive ?

    thanks

  2. Did you enable the IMAPI service?

    Enable IMAPI in services!

    This should do the trick.
