I am in the process of an upgrade from NT 4.0 to Win2k3 and trying to get ADMT to work...it requires me to add the Domain Admins global group from the target domain to the Administrators local group in the source domain. Can someone assist me with adding it...I can add in the NT 4.0 environment fine, 2003 is not clear to me. I need specifics please....

Windows 2003 AD has the built-in Administrators Group, just go into its
    members
and add the Trusted Domain's (The NT Domain) Domain Admins Global Group.
Am I missing something from the equation?

    Cheers!
