Win98/NT4 cannot access W2K3 share folders

    We added a W2K3 server to our 2000 domain and setup some shares.
    All W2K and XP users can access the shares but 98 and NT 4 users cannot.
    I've made sure Enable Netbios over Tcp/Ip was setup and they still can't see
    the shares.
    All permissions are fine.These computers can see other shares on W2K servers
    in the domain.

    Help.
