WINDBG serial communication problem

    I setup target and host system as DDK said,and I'm sure that target system
    is in debug mode and the null-modem cable is working right,but when I start
    WinDBG with correct kernel mode and serial port setting,there is nothing
    happended and so I clicked "Go",after about half of a minute WINDBG tells
    "DLL 'tlser.dll' cann't initialized".

    Besides that,I found "option-transport layer-edit" having problem when
    WinDBG is about to popup serial port setting dialog,the WinDBG window will
    loose response to user input but the program is not dead.

    I guess it must be some incorrect installation-caused problem, but I'm
    beginner with no too much experience in this area,could any one help me?
