Both our clustered ISA firewall servers BSOD at least once a day. In
the system log, there is an entry timed at 10:32:47 :

"The previous system shutdown at 10:24:38 on 21/06/2005 was
    unexpected."

There are no entries in and around this point, due to the reboot.

The servers are configured to reboot on a system error. An example of a
system error on the server timed at 09:33:40 :

"The description for Event ID ( 1003 ) in Source ( System Error )
cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. The following information is part of the event: 0000000a,
    c0000000, 00000002, 00000000, 808529c8."

Does anyone have any clues as to where I should be looking to resolve
this issue? Any help greatly appreciated.

This post has been up for more than 24 hours, and not a single repsonse from
Microsoft. Do you actually monitor your own boards? The problem i described
is in a production environment, and we would be very grateful of some
    assistance.
