Windows 2003 Server Problem? IIS Problem? MS SQL PRoblem?

I using Windows 2003 SBS server with premium, Exchange Server and SQL
server included,
and i install crystal report version 10, and crystal enterprise version 10
for the reports
purpose. to run an ASP based ERP, and 40 users using this ASP based ERP

the problem i facing now is.

Everyday several times the users cannot access the server, it show service
unavailable or following errors.

1. Provider error '800a01ad'

2. ActiveX component can't create object
/servername/AmendPO.asp, line 282

3.Provider error '80040154'
Class not registered
/servername/documentpoa.asp, line 277

4.SuperSocket info: ConnectionListen(Shared-Memory (LPC)) : Error 5

the ASP cannot be access, the crystal report cannot be display, even i
restart IIS,
crystal configuration manager, and MS SQL, i forced to restart the Server
again, in order
for users to use back the system.
