    hallo
    on Windows 2008 domain controller, 8GB Ram, SQL 2005 SP2, three activ user
    works with a SQL Application.
    Any 30 days the application hangs and reports: An operation on a socket
    could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or
    because a queue was full.
    the server doest work correctly any more: active directory, dns service etc.
    after reboot the server works fine for the next about 30 days.
    on server 2003 there was a registry entry the define and adjust the poolsize
    with
    PoolUsageMaximum = 50
    PagedPoolSize = ffffffff

    how can i fix the problem on server 2008 ?

    best regards
