Windows CP Media Center Edition won't recognize IPOD Shuffle

    I just purchased an IPOD Shuffle for my son and although the
    software downloaded just fine, I cannot get my computer to
    see the IPOD Shuffle. I called Apple and they were not able
    to give me any help at all. Any suggestions?
