My System is constanly rebooting, closing windows internet explorer,
sometimes freezing displaying blotches dark blue with black back ground. I
have run the windows repair and still no luck! I am unsure as to what is
    happening! please help.

Registry cleaners almost always do more damage than good. The graphics issue
sounds like driver corruption or bad hardware.

Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
{CF7639F3-ABA2-41DB-97F2-81E2C5DBFC5D} and it will not be loaded. This is
most likely caused by a faulty registration.

this shows up alot in the event viewer for application

Just to piggyback on Tom, I'm getting the same error in Windows Server 2003,
    Version 5.2 (Build 3790.srv03_sp2_gdr.080813-1204: Service Pack 2)

Error is "Windows cannot query DllName registry entry for
