I have WLM version 8.1 (Build 8.1.0178.00). In previous versions I could have
free voice conversations with others. Now I cannot figure out how to have
free voice conversations. Can I still have free voice conversations, and if
so, how? Or is Microsoft requiring me to subscribe to their voice service,
for which I have to pay?

  2. Greetings,

Nope, it's all the same as before. Is it that you can't find the option specifically or that
    it's missing from the menus?
