When tying to set up windows mail for it will not allow me to
send emails..i can receive them using Windows Mail but not send. I get this

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test email', Account:
'Lizzy Mail', Server: '', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have tried changing to port 250 too & same response.

Also to save space would it not be just better to use the webmail provide to me?

  2. If is your ISP, why are you connecting via Port 25 SMTP doesn't work when connected to
    someone else's network.

If webmail suits your needs, by all means use it.
Some people need to be able to read and reply to email while not connected,
which you can't do with webmail.
