Windows Media Player: Album info:redir.metaservices.microsoft.com

    "The web address: redir.metaservices.microsoft.com does not appear to be valid for obtaining album info. Any suggestions?"

    You might wanna try to deactivate Firewall for a few minutes, during which you retry to download album info.
    If this is successful, configure your firewall in such a way that it doesn't effect windows media player (the "Norton Internet Security" firewall has the option to configure the firewall seperately for every program)
