Windows Media Player - Who knows which one

    I am in desperate need of some assistance and/or advice. A few months back I
    tried to download Version 10. I am running Windows XP Pro.

    When I try to install, I get the following message:

    This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this version
    of Windows. For more information, view the information at the Microsoft web
    site.

    Now what do I do? I haven't found any answers.

    Please help me.
