I have a main domain for staff (BSE.com) that have 2 Windows 2003 Domain Controller:
    - bsedns1.BSE.com : as GC, DNS Server
    - bsedns2.BSE.com : as 2nd DND Server, DHCP Server.

And have a Sub-Domain for student (Student.BSE.com) that have 1 Windows 2003 Domain Controller.
    - bseprint.Student.BSE.com : as web server, student printer server.

I have purchased few new server to replace and upgrade to Windows Server 2012.

How to upgrade to Server 2012, by upgrade Sub-Domain or Main Domain first?
    And have any procedure?
