windows xp and media operating systems

    i am thinking of buying a laptop with the windows media
    center operating sysetem. The laptop will on occasion be
    linked in to a main computer which has windows xp
    professional operating system. Does anybody know if
    these two systems are compatible?

    Basically I have got to buy a laptop computer with a
    minimum graphics Nvidia card of 64mb and preferably with
    windows xp professional operating system. I have
    searched everywhere and think the Toshiba p20-761 might
    be suitable except that it has windows media center.
    All the other laptops i've found can provide xp
    professional operating system but only with Radeon
    grapgics card (which I'm told are not so good for
    architectural graphics).

    I hope somebody out there can help.

  2. Media Center Edition (like Tablet PC edition) is a superset of Windows XP
