Hi! I have a less than year old Dell compact desktop computer. I have Windows
XP with service pack 2. I upgraded to WMP 10 about seven months ago. Shortly
after purchasing this computer. It worked great up to about three weeks ago.
I first noticed a problem when Launchcast radio would crash in the Yahoo!
Messenger. I would receive a messege stating an unidentified error had
occured and the Media Player must shut down. I sent an error report to
Micorsoft and they said it was Yahoo!'s fault. I went to the help Pages of
Yahoo! and found an "answer" Yahoo promised would fix the problem. They said
to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Media Player, and this would fix the
problem. It didn't. I called the Dell help desk and four differant
technitions have tried helping with this issue. I wrote to Yahoo! Inc, who
asked me to send a copy of drwtsn32.exe. When I went into this folder, I
found a file that was 1.42 GB large. NO kidding!! So, we got side tracked
trying to work with this monstrous file that my computer of 1GB RAM could not
open. After nearly crashing my entire system, we had to do a repair of the
system. Now, while drwtsn32.exe is under controll, not only is WMP 10 still
crashing, but Macromedia is crashing as well. Is somebody out there who can
    assist with this problem? HELP!
