WMP 11 M3U Playlists

    Testing out Windows Media Player 11 - I see that I can open M3U files, but it
    will only let me save playlists in WPL format (which my portable player can't
    read). In WMP 10, it was very easy to save playlists in M3U format.

    Does anybody know whether this feature will still be supported in final
    release of version 11?

    Mine offers this option now. Go to your playlist panel, click the down
    arrow, choose "Save Playlist As", then "Save As Type " :

    M3U playlist is the first option there !
