WMP 11 Vista tool bar has disappeared

    I am currently running Windows Vista Ultimate and it's been great to me. The
    media player has been fine until recently. I can not get the task bar tool
    bar to work. Now when I minimize the program it just sits on the task bar and
    never switches to tool bar mode. I've tried rebooting, and turning the tool
    bar option on and off in the tool bar menu...

    Any Ideas?

    Using a 3rd party theme? If so try the default theme again. I'm not using
    Vista but I've seen quirky explorer behaviour (toobar, folder
    customizations) when using different themes.
